Furst-McNess Company in Lodi, WI is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for first shift (Mon-Fri, 4:30am–12:30pm). You will support shipping, receiving, and material handling in a production-focused warehouse, with heavy forklift use. Onsite work at 9077 Schutz Road, Lodi.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic math, and strong communication. Experience in inventory systems (SAP a plus) and a willingness to obtain forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification with company support.
• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic math.
• Familiarity with inventory systems (SAP a plus).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely to move, load, unload, and stage materials and finished goods.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Receive, store, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and data entry, may include scanning (depending on work location).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with general shipping and receiving activities, including preparing orders and verifying documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and production teams to support daily workflow.
• Follow all safety guidelines, wear required PPE, equipment lockout/tagout, and comply with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Support production tasks as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

This role is heavily forklift focused, involving the safe movement of pallets, staging materials for production, loading and unloading trailers, and maintaining accurate inventory flow.
