First-McNess Company is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for our Lodi, WI location. The role focuses on forklift-driven material handling, shipping/receiving, and inventory control within a manufacturing warehouse environment.

You will move pallets, load/unload trailers, and maintain accurate inventory while complying with safety and GMP standards. A strong team player with basic data entry and SAP familiarity will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification with company support.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and perform basic math calculations.
• Basic computer/data entry skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely to move, load, unload, and stage materials and finished goods.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Receive, store, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and data entry; SAP experience is a plus.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; follow GMP and safety guidelines.
• Assist with general shipping/receiving activities and verify documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and production teams to support daily workflow.
• Support production tasks as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

This role is heavily forklift focused, involving the safe movement of pallets, staging materials for production, loading and unloading trailers, and maintaining accurate inventory flow.
