Job summary

Furst-McNess Company is seeking a full-time Utility Maintenance Operator for our Lodi, WI location. The role focuses on facility housekeeping, sanitation, grounds upkeep, waste management, and general operational support in a warehouse/production setting.

Onsite work, with indoor/outdoor environments year-round, applies. You’ll help maintain safety, cleanliness, quality, and regulatory compliance while supporting various maintenance and production activities as needed, following GMP and company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in manufacturing, warehouse, and office areas.
• Maintain facility grounds and outdoor upkeep, including snow removal.
• Operate cleaning equipment like floor sweepers and pressure washers; support sanitation programs.
• Assist with loading, unloading, material handling, and inventory organization.
• Complete documentation of duties and inspections; follow safety and GMP standards.
