Qualifications

• Must have an active Secret security clearance.
• Experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems.
• Experience in a federal facility environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive inspections of building systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to work orders and service requests with timely, safe execution.
• Maintain HVAC equipment including air handling units, boilers, chillers, and related controls.
• Maintain plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and building automation systems.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
