Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering Services or facility operations.
• Valid 3rd Class Steam and Hot Water Heating Boiler Engineer license (DC jurisdiction) or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Extensive knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain complex mechanical systems.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot system failures and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
