Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; vocational/technical training in building trades preferred.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on building maintenance experience.
• Experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Valid EPA Section 608 certification.
• Valid training certifications in related maintenance fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance inspections of building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to work orders and service requests promptly.
• Inspect and repair HVAC equipment including air handling units, chillers, boilers, cooling towers.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment logs.
• Coordinate with management and contractors to schedule tasks.
