Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Must possess active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to perform maintenance and repairs across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections on building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly to facility-related maintenance requests.
