Job summary

Allure of Sterling is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Planning and direction of the Maintenance Department, ensuring a safe and comfortable facility aligned with regulations. You will coordinate services, inspect areas, and supervise safety programs in a dynamic environment.

Working hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with pay between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour. Benefits include PTO, a 401K match up to 3%, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and related systems.
• Able to work with safety regulations and codes.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capable of independent decision-making and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments.
• Assist in establishing a preventive maintenance program.
• Repair and coordinate outside vendors as needed for repairs.
• Ensure safety equipment and PPE are used properly.
• Inspect storage, workspaces, and facilities for upkeep.
• Support surveys and corrective plans after inspections.
