Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in facility maintenance or similar manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Service HVAC: replace filters, clean ducts, troubleshoot performance.
• Inspect electrical systems, lighting, and wiring; perform plumbing repairs.
• Carry out light carpentry, painting, and general upkeep of outdoor areas.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and coordinate with contractors.
