Job summary

accesscommunity is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician I in Dearborn, Michigan. The technician will perform routine maintenance on ACCESS’ buildings and grounds, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include daily facility opening, set-ups, tear-downs, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and basic knowledge in electrical repairs, plumbing, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Some knowledge of building and ground maintenance functions.
• Experience with standard office equipment and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily opening of facility and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Set up and clear areas for building use as assigned.
