Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year certificate or high school diploma with 2 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Certification: CPO and/or AFO within six months for Camp Dearborn or City Aquatics only.
• Knowledge of customer service, building maintenance, blueprint reading, and computers.
• Skills in repairs, customer service, tool use, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff: prioritize/assign work, train, support personnel procedures.
• Perform repairs and maintenance: switches, lightbulbs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, basic repairs.
• Prepare for events: set up tables, stages, related tasks.
• Handle office tasks: interview scheduling, requisitions, prepare fire-sprinkler specs.
• Cut, sand, and paint drywall.
• Maintain regular attendance and participate in required meetings.
