Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform skilled and unskilled tasks in our venue operations. The role supports the ongoing upkeep of the Moody Center and related facilities, ensuring safety and reliability of mechanical and electrical systems.

The position pays an hourly rate of $32.00 and requires a high school diploma or GED along with 1–2 years of maintenance experience in stadiums, arenas, or convention centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair venue as assigned.
• Complete work orders in PM system and log work.
• Record and report all work promptly.
• Maintain walls, drywall, and painting across the complex.
• Collaborate with clients, staff, exhibitors, and patrons.
• Serve as team lead for events when scheduled.
• Work flexible hours including holidays.
