U-Haul in Frederick, MD is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain and build facilities, perform general maintenance, and assist with complex projects alongside fellow technicians. The role emphasizes hands-on work with hand and power tools and opportunities for learning through U-Haul University.

Qualifications include experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping, a valid driver’s license, and DOT certification (sponsorship available).

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping.
• Valid driver’s license.
• D.O.T certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul).
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, maintain and build new buildings.
• Perform general maintenance, installation, repair and service.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof inspections at various sites.
• Effectively work with a variety of hand/power tools.
• Complete work requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
