Job summary

UNFI is hiring a maintenance professional to service grounds, parking lots, driveways, and facility equipment. You will perform repairs across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical systems, plus preventative maintenance and record-keeping.

The role requires flexibility within a Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm schedule and clear communication with supervision. Ideal candidates have at least two years of general maintenance experience and a track record of safety and quality workmanship in

Qualifications

• Two (2) years general maintenance experience.
• Experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical trades, mechanical, automotive, and/or related to building maintenance.
• Must be able to work flexible hours. Schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm.
• Good Judgment.

Responsibilities

• Repair building equipment to include plumbing, structures, carpentry, dry and wet fire systems, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment, including inspection, cleaning, lubrications, adjustments, and repairs.
• Perform building modifications to include plumbing, welding, electrical, carpentry, etc.
• Keep accurate records of preventative maintenance and all other work performed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by Supervisor.
• Communicate with Supervisor daily on changes and problems with building equipment.
• Clean work area/warehouse and equipment, and perform other relevant job duties as required.
