Job summary

GEM Facility Management, part of Rudolph Libbe Group, is seeking a Facility Maintenance associate for North Ridgeville, OH. The role performs general building maintenance, basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs under a manager.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 5 years of maintenance experience, 2 years painting/exterior wall prep, and a valid driver’s license. A two-year technical degree may be credited as experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of applicable maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years painting experience with wall surface repair, prep and paint.
• Two-year technical degree is equivalent to one year of experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from property manager/customer.
• Perform general building/property maintenance and repair tasks.
• Perform general building inspections and safety checks.
• Supports Property Manager as required.
• Accurately follows processes and procedures.
• Travel to other facilities and vendors as required.
