Job summary

Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide facility maintenance support for agency structures across PBMHR counties. The position may be based in the incumbent's county of residence, depending on location.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contracted vendors, performing repairs (painting, lighting), maintaining grounds and sprinkler systems, and ensuring the proper operation of facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating training required

Responsibilities

• Building maintenance experience required, industrial preferred
• Coordinate and maintain services with contracted vendors
• Repair physical structures (painting, light bulbs)
• Plan and recommend repairs or replacements of carpet, furniture, furnishings, etc.
• Follow proper procedures and timely completion for contracted services
• Maintain proper operations of ground sprinkler system, including timing regulation
• Provide feedback to facility coordinators and supervisor
