The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or Equivalent and has training in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, with building maintenance experience and safety compliance knowledge to ensure reliable facility performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating training required.

Responsibilities

• Building maintenance experience required, industrial preferred.
• Coordinate and maintain services with contracted vendors.
• Repair physical structure (painting, light bulbs).
• Plan and recommend repairs or replacements of carpet, furniture, furnishings, etc.
• Follow proper procedure and timely manner for contracted services.
• Ensure proper operations and maintenance of ground sprinkler system, including time regulation.
