Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a general maintenance technician focused on drywall repair and painting within our Florida facility. The role supports upkeep of resident living areas and common spaces, following scheduled maintenance tasks and safety protocols.

Key duties include performing repairs on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems, reporting incidents, and coordinating with nursing services as needed to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a 10th grade education or higher.
• Ability to follow detailed maintenance instructions.
• Ability to read diagrams and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repair and painting.
• Follow maintenance schedules for shifts/areas.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate maintenance with nursing services in resident areas.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
