Job summary

Target is seeking a Facility Attendant 1 to perform a range of maintenance tasks in the Riverside Distribution Center. You will support technicians, operate and maintain tools, and help ensure a safe, clean facility.

The role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team, with attention to safety and quality of work. Starting pay is $24.50 per hour with a shift differential of $2.00–$3.50 per hour where eligible.

Qualifications

• Possesses and maintains a valid driver's license.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Able to read and comprehend labels, tickets, instructions.
• Able to use maintenance tools; saws, drills, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of minor maintenance tasks.
• Support Maintenance Technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Construct or repair assets within the facility.
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs and record keeping.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
