Job summary

Target is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin to support a fast-paced Distribution Center. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, operate hand and power tools, and help keep the facility safe and efficient.

Starting hourly rate is $24.00 USD with a shift differential, and the role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus with benefits after 14 days. Shifts include Tue-Fri nights and Sat-Mon days, plus tuition-free programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance in a distribution or industrial setting.
• Comfortable with operating hand and power tools and automotive/mechanical tasks.
• Able to follow safety procedures and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Operate tools and perform repairs throughout the facility.
• Maintain records and requisitions for materials and work orders.
• Assist in battery maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Ensure safe operation and housekeeping of work areas.
