Job summary

Target is seeking a Facility Attendant 1 at our Distribution Center in Kentucky. You will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, support Maintenance Technicians, and operate hand and power tools to keep equipment and facilities in safe, efficient condition.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and follow safety protocols.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Capable of reading labels, tickets, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks in the distribution center.
• Support Maintenance Technicians and assist with repairs.
• Operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, grinders).
• Inspect facility interior/exterior and determine repair needs.
• Change batteries for PITs and maintain related records.
• Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Maintain daily work order logs and update records.
