Staff Management | SMX is seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician in Westland, MI. You will perform general building maintenance, repairs, painting, plumbing, and preventative upkeep to keep our facility clean, safe, and well-functioning.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, basic maintenance knowledge, and can lift up to 50 lbs. This full-time role offers a stable schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include general building maintenance, repairs, painting, basic plumbing, preventative maintenance, and overall facility upkeep.
