Compensation: $30 per hour or more based on experience
Job Overview:
The Maintenance Technician performs skilled maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and material handling systems within a warehouse environment . This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, with a n emphasis on Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, including Material Handling Equipment (MHE), conveyor systems, motors, sensors, and relays.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs , including basic I/O functions and industrial controls.
Maintain and repair dock equipment, forklifts, HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on MHE, electric vehicles, pallet trucks, and other equipment.
Maintain parts inventory and respond to maintenance requests.
Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and organization.
