Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, conducting minor repairs on building systems and equipment, and coordinating with external vendors for specialized maintenance work. This role supports facility readiness by monitoring lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems, and responding promptly to maintenance requests from operations and office teams.
