Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5–10 years of repair experience preferred.
• Certificate in HVAC or building maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
• Accept, prioritize, and complete work orders.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and on-call duties.
• Maintain electrical, heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems.
