Job summary

Crosspoint Human Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of facility maintenance and repair tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and well-functioning facilities in a diverse work environment.

The responsibilities include preventative maintenance, routine vehicle inspections, on-call responses, and maintaining detailed maintenance logs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to buildings, fixtures, and systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliances.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and document completed work.
• Conduct routine vehicle safety inspections and basic upkeep including fluid checks, tire inspections, light replacement, and cleanliness checks.
• Coordinate scheduled vehicle maintenance and respond to urgent fleet issues during assigned on-call periods.
• Maintain accurate vehicle inspection and maintenance logs.
• Respond to on-call maintenance needs within defined response time expectations.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of facility maintenance and repair tasks, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance. This includes troubleshooting and general building upkeep; we offer a diverse and rewarding work environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining safe, efficient, and well-functioning facilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to buildings, fixtures, and systems including pluming, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliances.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and document completed work.
• Conduct routine vehicle safety inspections and basic upkeep including fluid checks, tire inspections, light replacement, and cleanliness checks.
• Coordinate scheduled vehicle maintenance and respond to urgent fleet issues during assigned on-call periods.

Schedule: Monday through Friday: 7:Am to 3:30 Pm on call rotation
