Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Facilities Field Technician to provide comprehensive maintenance support across healthcare facilities in Ohio. You will perform multi-trade tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, electrical and plumbing, ensuring safety and quality in resident and staff environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, strong craftsmanship, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 15+ years?
• 5+ years of multi-trade maintenance experience.
• Proficiency or general knowledge in carpentry, drywall, painting, door hardware, electrical, plumbing, flooring.

Responsibilities

• Must follow HCF Policies and Procedures.
• Meet job related competencies as outlined in the Skills Competency Manual.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance (doors, windows, flooring, fixtures).
• Carpentry: framing, drywall, painting, trim work, cabinetry installs.
• Doors: Install frames, door slabs and commercial hardware.
• General concrete knowledge of cutting, removal, placement and finishing
• General Property maintenance: weed control, leaf and debris clean up
• Support Life Safety compliance and infection control protocols.
• Coordinate small capital projects and oversee vendors as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must be licensed to drive without restrictions. 5+ years of multi-trade experience (maintenance, carpentry, construction). Proficiency or general knowledge in carpentry, drywall, painting, door hardware, electrical, plumbing, flooring. Valid driver s license and ability to travel between facilities. Preferred: experience in healthcare or senior living environments. Versatile and resourceful problem-solver. Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Safety-first mindset and customer-focused approach.
