Job summary

Signature Health is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance such as carpentry, plumbing and painting across locations. The role ensures a safe, orderly environment for staff and patients while handling basic repairs and equipment moves.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of maintenance experience, and a valid Ohio driver's license. Flexibility for evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in routine facilities maintenance with demonstrated knowledge of repair techniques, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and painting skills required.
• Valid unencumbered Ohio driver's license and proof of driver's insurance required.
• Knowledge and use of power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic building maintenance tasks including repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting and moving furniture or equipment.
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment for staff and patients.
• Attend to facility emergencies and assist with setup/breakdown of rooms for meetings and events.
• Keep records and logs of maintenance work orders and inspections.
