23rd Group is seeking a Team Lead, a critical position responsible for mentoring and supervising team members who process facility maintenance work orders for commercial locations.

Position Responsibilities

1. Coach team members to ensure the delivery of expected customer service levels.
2. Document employee performance in real time to identify training opportunities and prepare employee reviews.
3. Serve as the first point of contact for team questions and concerns.
4. Proactively guide team members to avoid escalations and personally manage escalations when unavoidable.
5. Negotiate with Technicians to address excessive costs.
6. Ensure team members maintain fair and acceptable gross profit margins.
7. Facilitate customer growth and identify potential improvement opportunities.
8. Manage employee resources (attendance, PTO, overtime) to meet team tasks.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
3. Knowledge of facility maintenance.
4. High-energy, positive attitude.
5. Exceptional customer service skills.
6. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
7. Discretion in handling sensitive information.
8. Excellent attendance and punctuality.
9. Sense of urgency.
10. Strong numerical calculation skills.
11. Negotiation skills for tough but fair conversations with Technicians and subordinates.
