Job Description

23rd Group is seeking a Team Lead, responsible for mentoring and supervising team members processing facility maintenance work orders for commercial locations.

Position Responsibilities

  1. Coach team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  2. Document employee performance and identify training opportunities.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for team questions and concerns.
  4. Guide team members to avoid escalations and manage escalations personally.
  5. Negotiate with Technicians to control costs.
  6. Maintain fair gross profit margins.
  7. Identify opportunities for customer growth and process improvements.
  8. Manage employee resources such as attendance, PTO, and overtime.

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  3. Knowledge of facility maintenance.
  4. High-energy, positive attitude.
  5. Exceptional customer service skills.
  6. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Discretion in handling sensitive information.
  8. Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  9. Sense of urgency.
  10. Strong numerical and negotiation skills.
