Job summary
Cresco Labs is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to keep our facility and production machinery in peak condition. You will minimize downtime through proactive preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting of complex automated equipment, and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electricity.
The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, High School diploma or GED, and HVAC/EPA certifications are preferred.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial/commercial building maintenance required
- HVAC Certification highly preferred (NFPA 70E, EPA 608)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical failures using diagnostic devices and repair/replace defective components.
- Ensure automated equipment and systems remain operational through routine checks and troubleshooting.
- Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, life safety, and security.
- Read blueprints and service manuals; install piping and electrical control circuits.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders in CMMS.
