Pay: $38.00 - $55.00/hour. Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm, with expected overtime 10+ hours a week. Full-time, onsite.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with industrial equipment and electrical maintenance.
• Mechanically inclined with working knowledge of: stationary saws, basic power/hand tools, pneumatic tools, hoists, small engine repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and coordinate major repairs.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and schedule all preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage the maintenance team and coordinate workflow.
• Maintain and manage inventory in the tool crib.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues.
• Collaborate with Production and Safety to ensure a safe and efficient facility.
• Recommend parts, coordinate vendor repairs, and support technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading maintenance staff
• Basic PLC troubleshooting or electrical diagnostics
• Welding or light fabrication experience
• Experience with facility maintenance or HVAC helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work performed in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise

Work Schedule

• Full-time, onsite
• Typically, 50+ hours per week depending on production needs
• Occasional nights or weekends may be required
