Job summary

Operation Support Inc. is seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Lead to join our team onsite. You will troubleshoot, repair and improve critical systems, lead daily maintenance, and support facility goals with initiative and reliability.

The role requires experience in manufacturing environments, electrical knowledge, welding skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification is a plus for this fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Electrical knowledge: motors, sensors, controls.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Welding experience.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform daily maintenance and repair tasks.

• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

Facility Maintenance Lead

Location: Onsite

Pay: $32–$40/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time

You’ll play a key role in keeping our facility running smoothly by using your technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and improve critical systems.

What You’ll Do:

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels.
• Must maintain company attendance standards.
• Flexible work schedule (e.g. Weekends and holidays)
