Job summary

Qualifications

• Welding and fabrication experience a plus; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Install, modify, and repair production equipment.
• Operate maintenance shop equipment including welders, grinders, drill presses, and saws.
• Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and modifications.
• Troubleshoot PLC-related equipment issues.
• Operate forklifts and aerial/scissor lifts as needed.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and repair documentation.
• Assist with spare parts inventory and ordering.
• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines.

Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility. This is a direct opportunity for an experienced industrial maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, completing repairs, and helping keep production running efficiently.

Schedule

• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Training: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment
• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, and kneel throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with heat, dust, noise, and moving machinery
