Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. in Marion, KY is seeking a Site Leader to supervise maintenance personnel, manage vendors, and perform PMs on commercial equipment. You will lead safety practices, document performance, and coordinate with accounts to support client facilities.

The role demands hands-on repair capability across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, plus strong communication and scheduling skills for a busy multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some business or trade training preferred.
• 4 years’ experience applying mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff; schedule vendors and manage site maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintain CMMS, manage work orders and vendor PM scheduling.
• Assist with budgeting, monthly variance reports, and KPI tracking.
