Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery at the Richmond plant. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems using schematics, repair equipment and document parts usage.

The role requires 2 years of manufacturing experience, strong CMMS/HMI skills, and a HS diploma. A flexible, safety-minded team member who can work independently is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of experience in the position.
• 0 years of experience managing people or projects.
• Experience with CMMS, HMIs, and work orders is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other equipment as required.
• Lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment.
• Work independently and with team to complete repairs timely and safely.
• Complete required daily paperwork, document parts and material usage.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• May back up production line worker.
• Follow plant safety rules and use PPE as required.
• Regular attendance is essential.
