Job summary

Niagara Bottling seeks a skilled PM Mechanic to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, read schematics, and perform repairs on conveyors and equipment while maintaining safety and accurate records. Ownership of quality maintenance and teamwork are essential to keep lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years in the specific maintenance role or similar.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other equipment as needed.
• Lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment.
• Complete daily paperwork and document parts usage.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• May back up production line if required.
• Follow plant safety rules and use PPE as required.
