Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a PM Mechanic to maintain facility machinery in a fast-paced plant environment. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and repair conveyors and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, CMMS/HMI experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Prior manufacturing maintenance experience and a High School diploma are needed; trade certs or vocational training are

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in field/manufacturing environment.
• 2 years’ experience in this position.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiar with CMMS and HMIs with work orders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Tools provided in CA; bring your own elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic systems from schematics.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems and conveyors as needed.
• Lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment.
• Work independently and with team to complete repairs safely and timely.
• Document parts usage and daily paperwork; keep area safe and clean.
