Mytee Products, Inc. in Solon, OH is seeking a Facility & Maintenance Manager to own the condition, reliability, safety, and presentation of our Solon facility. This hands-on leadership role moves between troubleshooting building systems and leading a maintenance crew, while managing preventive maintenance and vendor relationships.

The role emphasizes in-house problem solving, cost-effective decisions, and coordinating with safety and operations to keep the facility running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Facilities maintenance experience (3+ years).
• Leadership experience (3+ years).
• Preventive maintenance program experience (3+ years).
• Forklift/trouble-shooting experience (2+ years).

Responsabilités

• Own preventive maintenance completion and critical equipment uptime for the site.
• Lead multi-trade repairs and improvement projects from scope through close (electrical, HVAC, low voltage, plumbing, carpentry).
• Diagnose and complete appropriate electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and low-voltage work independently.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems including Cat6 cabling and cameras.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of building, grounds, and maintenance spaces.
