Job summary

Aspire Health Partners is seeking an Engineer II (Maintenance) to maintain equipment across our Central Florida campuses. You will repair or replace defective equipment, perform routine maintenance, and diagnose mechanical problems while ensuring safe operation of HVAC systems.

The role is on-site and requires a High School diploma or GED, with experience in general equipment maintenance preferred. Level II background clearance is required; fingerprinting costs are covered by Aspire.

Qualifications

• Level II background clearance required; Aspire covers fingerprinting costs.
• Valid driver’s license per underwriting guidelines described in Aspire insurance policy.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in general equipment maintenance and repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repairing or replacing defective equipment.
• Performing routine maintenance.
• Diagnosing mechanical problems using necessary tools.
• Keeping an orderly workspace.
• Utilizing proper safety precautions at all times.
• Monitoring and making adjustments to building heating and cooling systems.
• Keeping service records and assisting Project Lead with assigned projects.

Job Purpose:

As Engineer II at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions to effectively maintain equipment.

Job Functions

• Repairing or replacing defective equipment,
• Performing routine maintaining.
• Diagnosing mechanical problems, using necessary tools when required.
• Keeping an orderly workspace.

• Monitoring and making adjustments to building heating and a/c systems.
• Keeping service records and cooperatively assisting Project Lead with assigned projects.
• Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
• High School or GED (preferred)

Compensation details:

15-15 Hourly Wage
