Job summary

The Skilled Nursing Center of Kane County is seeking an Administrator to lead the facility in Illinois, overseeing clinical services, resident care, financial performance, compliance, staffing, and daily operations. The role requires LNHA licensure and strong business and clinical acumen.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing optimization, policy enforcement, QA/PI programs, and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in IL is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's preferred.
• Prior leadership or administrative experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to the facility and develop direct reports.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and budgeting.
• Participate in annual budgeting and ensure fiscal management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all laws and standards.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to implement care plans.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and quality living environments.
• Oversee admissions and adjust staffing as needed.
• Maintain QA and performance improvement initiatives.
