Pearl Healthcare is seeking an Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the operations for a Kane County nursing facility in Illinois. The LNHA will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

The role requires directing day-to-day activities, policy implementation, staffing management, and cross-department collaboration to maintain high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, or a medical specialty.
• Two years of experience as an LNHA in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Knowledge of Long-Term Care Medicaid and Medicare and IDPH regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage to meet resident needs.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance and support to staff members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
