Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state where the facility is located.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to the facility and direct reports.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and budget adherence.
• Develop and monitor annual budget and financial performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance programs.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to implement resident care plans.
• Manage staffing and employee relations; ensure staffing levels meet needs.
• Review financial reports and accounts receivable in coordination with the Business Office Manager.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and respond to feedback.
