Job summary

The Denver Hospice seeks a Facility Lead to oversee all campus operations, including the Inpatient Care Center and support facilities. You will manage day-to-day facilities, building systems, and vendor services to maintain a safe, well-run healthcare environment.

You will develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with facilities staff to support lifecycle planning and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Facility Management certification/degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a healthcare facility and 5 years of supervisor experience.
• Valid Colorado Driver License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations for The Denver Hospice Campus (ICC and ADSC).
• Plan, schedule, and document preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems using CMMS.
• Ensure safety, life safety, and environmental compliance; coordinate with vendors and facilities staff.
• Travel to affiliate locations across the Front Range as needed.
