Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping.
• Valid driver’s license.
• D.O.T certification (can be sponsored).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across maintenance and IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and build new buildings.
• Perform general maintenance, installation, repair and service.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof inspections at various sites.
• Effectively work with a variety of hand/power tools.
• Collaborate with other Technicians on complex projects.
• Complete work requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep track of company truck and gas card.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
