Competenze

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Health Information Technology or Coding, or equivalent program with coding emphasis.
• Coding accreditation and/or certification required within 18 months of hire.
• Previous applicable coding experience is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated motivation, organization, and attention to detail.
