Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Completion of a Coding Course.
• One of the core credentials: CPC, COC, CIC, RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC-A, CIC-A, or COC-A.
• Preferred 1-2 years of related experience in coding.
• Expert knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD 10, PCS, and DRG classification systems.
