CoreCivic is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to lead comprehensive HR administration in a secure facility setting.Responsibilities include benefits administration, wage/salary, performance management, and recruiting/ onboarding to support staffing needs and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes policy development, legal compliance, and collaboration with facility management to meet organizational goals and ensure high standards of care.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field is required.
• Two years of human resources experience is required; recruiting experience is preferred.
• Must demonstrate specialized knowledge of applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, COBRA, EEO/AA, FLSA, workers' compensation).
• Must have strong time management, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Lead all aspects of Human Resources administration (benefits, compensation, compliance, employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, onboarding, staff development).
• Manage recruitment processes and onboarding in coordination with facility management.
• Oversee hiring processes including applicant screening, interviewing and selection.
• Direct and implement ongoing staffing programs and community recruitment efforts.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and HRIS updates.
• Administer company-sponsored benefit programs and conduct on-boarding/open enrollment presentations.
