Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility grounds including mowing, trimming, and trash pickup.
• Operate various hand-held and power tools and equipment.
• Keep equipment safe and in working condition per policy and OSHA.
• Assist with organization and distribution of waste carts and bins.
• Perform safe driving practices when transporting containers and bins.
• Assist with housekeeping in maintenance shops and offices.
• Perform minor repairs and upkeep of facilities.
• Clean, prepare, and paint containers; install erosion control measures.
