Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to read and speak English well enough to understand instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility grounds and perform custodial tasks as needed.
• Operate various hand-held tools and equipment safely.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and assist with waste cart distribution.
• Assist with route duties and general housekeeping of maintenance areas.
• Perform minor repairs and painting of containers and facilities.
• Interact professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Work in outside conditions, including nights and weekends as required.
